'PP300'

Description: A beautiful green contrasting ornamental native grass, that when planted at 15 to 20 per square metre, will usually out compete most weeds. Growing to a height of 50cm, its fine green arching leaves add a softness to any garden design.
Position: Grows well in sunny to shaded positions. Tolerates most soil conditions, whilst being frost and drought tolerant. Also suitable in salt sprayed coastal positions. Grows well in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Wagga, Adelaide and Perth. Not suitable for Queensland, Darwin or other tropical situations.
Uses: Performs well on sloping sites that require erosion control. Can also be planted as a specimen. An excellent plant for roadside plantings and as a contrast plant to Kingsdale.
Care:
Water well for the first 2-3 months until established. An excellent low
maintenance plant. Trim to 15cm once a year or as required to promote
new growth.
